Intramural Activities

Intramural Sports is the foundation of Campus Recreation. Offering team sports and individual events, campus amateur athletes vie for the coveted Intramural Champion t-shirt. Organize your own team or put yourself on the Intramural Free Agent list. Intramural Activities determines the brackets, tracks the team records and organizes the tournaments.

Rules and Regulations Highlights

The new Intramural Activities Rules and Regulations are highlighted in the Intramural Handbook (pdf). You must read and understand these.

There are several key rule and regulations changes for the Intramural Activities this year. These are some of the most important changes:

  1. All sport registration forms and captain's tests must be downloaded from this web page. There will be no hard copies of registration forms or captain's tests at any Campus Recreation locations.
  2. All team sports must provide their own uniforms. If a team does not come with the proper uniform, they will receive a FORFEIT!
  3. Captain's Test—All teams will receive a receipt upon submission of their captain’s test this year. Please note that all tests must be submitted within the first week of competition. There will be a deadline date at the top of your test. If it is not submitted by the deadline date, your team will be ineligible for playoffs. Tests will be discussed in the captain's meetings this year. Tests may also be submitted immediately following the captains meeting. If your team fails the captain’s test, they will be ineligible for playoffs.
  4. All team registration and captain’s tests will need to be submitted at the ARC.
  5. All captain's meetings are mandatory. A member of your team must be in attendance for the meeting. If a team member is not present during the meeting your team will automatically start the season with a FORFEIT and be ineligible for the playoffs.
