Membership Fees

You can purchase your membership at the ARC or CRCE Member Services during facility hours. Just bring your i-card or appropriate materials (see policies and procedures - pdf). You can pay with cash, check, credit card or use payroll deduction (see below).

Student, Faculty, Staff, Retiree, Adult Dependent, Recent Grad, Allied Organization Employee Memberships, and OLLI Scholars

  • All Year 2008-2009: $348 (August 1, 2008-August 17, 2009)
    Add a spouse/partner or adult dependent for only $240.
  • Payroll Deduction Option: $29/month (effective August 1, 2008)
    (Requires a six-month minimum contract.)
    Add a spouse/partner or adult dependent for only $20/month.
  • Fall 2008: $182 (August 1, 2008-January 1, 2009)
  • Fall 2008 Mid-Semester: $118 (October 15, 2008-January 15, 2009)
  • Spring 2009: $182 (December 15, 2008-May 15, 2009)
  • Spring 2009 Mid-Semester: $118 (February 15-May 15, 2009)
  • Summer 2009-Session I: $118 (May 8-August 21, 2009)
  • Summer 2009-Session II: $78 (June 15-August 21, 2009)

Notes

  • Spouse/partners, or persons in this category, can purchase a Campus Rec membership at the above costs.
  • Graduates of the U of I may purchase a Campus Rec membership at the above costs for up to one year following graduation.
  • Members may sponsor five guests daily at a $10/guest fee and sponsor one person as an Associate member.

  • All Year 2008-2009 Limited Access: $199 (August 1, 2008-August 17, 2009)
  • Fall 2008 Limited Access: $91 (August 1, 2008-January 1, 2009)
  • Fall 2008 Mid-Semester Limited Access: $59 (October 15, 2008-January 15, 2009)
  • Spring 2009 Limited Access: $91 (December 15, 2008-May 15, 2009)
  • Spring 2009 Mid-Semester Limited Access: $59 (February 15-May 15, 2009)
  • Summer 2009-Session I Full Access: $88 (May 8-August 21, 2009)
  • Summer 2009-Session II Full Access: $59 (June 15-August 21, 2009)

Notes

  • Children's memberships are valid at the ARC and CRCE only during Children's Hours. Those hours are 4-8 pm on Fridays and Noon-8 pm Saturdays/Sundays. During University break periods (including summer), Children's memberships are honored at the ARC and CRCE for all facility hours. At all other times, children may only use the ARC or CRCE with a sponsoring adult and purchase of a daily guest pass.
  • Children 3 and under are free only during Children's Hours.
  • Children ages 15 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who has purchased a Campus Rec membership.

Availability of passes is limited.

  • All Year 2008-2009: $499 (August 1, 2008-August 17, 2009)
  • Fall 2008: $254 (August 1, 2008-January 1, 2009)
  • Fall 2008 Mid-Semester: $159 (October 15, 2008-January 15, 2009)
  • Spring 2009: $254 (December 15, 2008-May 15, 2009)
  • Spring 2009 Mid-Semester: $159 (February 15-May 15, 2009)
  • Summer 2009-Session I: $159 (May 8-August 21, 2009)
  • Summer 2009-Session II: $106 (June 15-August 21, 2009)

Notes

  • Alumni/Associate members are not eligible to sponsor additional Campus Rec members.
  • The sponsor need not accompany the Associate member when the Associate uses the facilities, but the sponsor must be a Campus Rec member.

Payroll Deduction

Faculty and staff can pay for their continuous membership through payroll deduction. Download the appropriate form below, complete, and return to the ARC or CRCE Member Services or fax to (217) 265-9817.
