Locker Rental Fees
Daily Lock Rental Cost: $3
At the ARC, patrons may bring their own lock to use on any open locker for daily use, however, locks may not be left on lockers overnight and will be removed.
How do I use the day use digital lockers?
The digital lockers are available in the ARC Gym 1 and in the CRCE locker rooms. These are free, daily use lockers. Patrons enter a personal 4-digit code to lock/unlock these lockers. It is important to remember your locker number and to use a unique 4-digit code for security reasons.
How do I use the day use combination lockers?
The combination lockers are available in the ARC Gyms 2, 3, 4, the Lower Level, and the Upper Level. These are free, daily use lockers. Patrons spin dials to set a 1-4 number combination. It is important to remember your combination and to spin the dials to scramble the combination once locked.
Can I bring my own lock?
You may bring your own lock to secure personal items in any open locker. Locks may not be left on lockers overnight. Personal locks left on lockers overnight will be removed and contents of the locker vacated.
What if I forget my lock?
Locks are available for rent ($3/day with i-card) in Member Services. Combination locks are also available for purchase ($6). In all activity areas there are day use lockers available free of charge.
Locker Rental Option
CRCE Lockers: Campus Rec offers a limited number of lockers for rent at CRCE (these lockers are outside the locker rooms). Download the CRCE Locker Agreement Form (pdf), complete, and bring to CRCE Member Services.
- Fall 2008: $25 (August 16-December 19, 2008)
- Spring 2009: $25 (January 19-May 15, 2009)
- All Year: $75 (August 16, 2008-September 1, 2009)

Towel Rental Fees
Daily Towel Rental Cost: $1
Am I required to bring my own towel?
Towels are recommended in the cardio and weight areas. If you're using these areas, you'll need to bring in a clean, dry towel or wipe down your machine with cleaning products.
What if I forget my towel?
For those patrons who forget their towel or who may bring a guest, towels are available for rent at $1/day with a photo ID in Member Services. Towels are also available for purchase.
Can I purchase towel service for the semester?
At this time we are only offering a daily rental option.
Guest Fees
Sponsored Guest Cost: $10/adults; $5/children per day
- Campus Rec members may sponsor up to 5 guests/day.
- If 16 years or older, must provide a state-issued photo ID with date of birth and address listed and provide a phone number.
