Culinary Nutrition Instructor:
Stacey L. Krawczyk (MS, RD, LDN)
Stacey Krawczyk is a registered dietician specializing in family and child nutrition education for 15 years. A busy mom of two young boys, she has lots of practical experience to add to her professional training. Stacey subscribes to the idea of the purposeful planning of meals and snacks which still allows room for "fun foods."

Stop by the ARC Instructional Kitchen for a new lunch and learn series – while you make your lunch, get lots of great tips on packing healthy lunches and snacks. Come learn some simple strategies to spend your food dollars to make the healthiest impact on your wallet and your waist. Learn tricks of the trade while you taste the “fruits” of your labor!

Nutrition Services will be offering specialized nutrition programs and individual plans. Health-related cooking classes: enhancing cardiovascular health, decreasing cancer risk, and managing weight will be offered. You can also set up individualized nutrition programs to meet specific needs and goals. In addition, look for the nutrition library and online information.
