Wellness on Wheels

Wellness on Wheels is a program designed to assist you, or your group, in obtaining your wellness goals by bringing them to you!

Personal wellness is an essential matter in the lives of the Students and Faculty/Staff on our campus. Each day we are faced with the challenging task of managing our classes, work, social lives, family, spirituality, physical fitness, nutrition, finances, and other stressors in order to ensure proper health and general feelings of well-being and balance.

Campus Recreation wants to help you gain control over some of these issues. Wellness on Wheels brings healthful activities, information and resources directly to your group in order to help enhance the quality of the many aspects of our lives.

To set up a Personalized "Wellness on Wheels" Program for your group, please contact Janet Kroencke at 333-0232 or jlk@illinois.edu.
